Holes to Heaven  Jack Johnson

Holes to heaven
Written by Jack Johnson
This is a mixture of a whole lot of average tabs. I think that this is better than them all... enjoy!!
The verse can be played using the riff or the chords...it sounds much better with two
each playing it differently...but try playing the riff three times and instead of hitting
last E, play Em chord.
Verse/main riff

 e--------------------------|
 B--------------------------|
 G--------------------------|
 D--------------------------|
 A-----------0--------------|
 E--3-3-3-2---3-2-0---------|

Intro G x 4 or play the riff three times and then end on Em as done for the verse
[G]The air was more than hu[D]man
[G]And the heat was more th[D]an hungry
G D Em (or Em7)
And the cars were square and spitting diesel fumes
[G]The boars were running w[D]ild
[G]Because they're big and mean and sacred[D]
[G]And the children playing c[D]ricket with [Em/7]no shoes
[Bm]That morning we woke up man
[Bm]To a seven-hour drive
[C]Well there we were stuck in port blair
[C]Where boats break and child[C7]ren stare
[G]And there were so many fewer [D]questions
[Em]When stars were still ju[Bm]st the holes to heaven, [C]mmm[Am]
[G]Man and there were so many fe[D]wer questions
[Em]When stars were still j[Bm]ust the holes to heaven,[C] mmm...[Am]
The rest is just different words but the same chords and all that... hope this helps you
a little bit...dont get grumpy if it dont-its my first tab, but please rate it xox
