Chorus- The first chord is an E, so naturally the fingering would be

079900 but it sounds much more powerful when you bar it at the top,

making it 779900. The chorus should be counted in quarter notes (each

number is a quarter note, not a sixteenth note).

Now go back and play through the intro twice.

Second verse: The counting now switches to sixteenth notes again

(actually you can count however you want, but this seemed to have worked

well for me as I started to learn the song). There are basically two

parts to this verse. The first part is directly below and the second part

is directly below the first part.

Now repeat the first part once, then repeat the second part once.

That should lead you back to the chorus, which is exactly the same as

 the one given before.

Bridge: There are a few ways that this can be done. You can use the

chords from the chorus (going from 779900 to 007900 or 009900 (very

similar chords)) or you can use the one that is posted below. The

reason I choose this way is (1), it will allow for an easier transition

at the end of the bridge, (2), the weird chord that I have added will

be much easier to transition to and (3) it gives some variety. The only

negative I suppose is that the other way (779900 to 007900/009900)

allows for an easier transition from the last chord of the chorus to the

first chord of the bridge. Eh, you can decide what you like better.

HereÂ’s the weird chord. ItÂ’s some form of E, but I donÂ’t know its name

exactly. If you canÂ’t figure the fingering out just email me. If you

find that you donÂ’t like this chord then just use the same chord (022400)

again on the third time through.

Solo: This is actually quite easy. The strumming pattern sounds a little

tricky on the CD, but thatÂ’s because two guitars (one playing the main

part and one adding some off beat notes) are playing. So I have tried to

incorporate both guitars into one by accenting different beats. So

instead of counting 1234 and accenting on 1 every time, I have done things

a little differently. All the 1Â’s below are the accents:(All sixteenth notes)

Note: The bend on the 15th fret is one big bend, not multiple bends.
