There are at least two guitars in this song, but it can be played with one. It does, however, sound a lot cooler with the second guitar picking. I'm going to go against convention and instead of calling the chords/rhythm guitar second guitar, I'm calling the picking guitar(s) second (or third) guitar. So the guitars are titled in order of importance to the song (first=most important, etc.).
This is definitely an awesome and yet totally underrated song. It's in 6/4 (I think) and please, have fun with it!
Intro— Am7* Fmaj7* G5 (x2)

 G --4---5-------5- --4---5-------5- --4---5---2---0--- ----------------

Chorus— There is definitely an electric guitar here. I don't know what it's playing, and the song still would sound cool without it, and I don't feel like figuring out what it's playing. It exists. It's not in this tab. BTW, this is the third guitar.

Bridge— E D/F# G5 Fmaj7 Am

Interlude— Same thing concerning bass as in the Post-Chorus (the second set of four measures this time). Also, the electric does something the first time through (i.e. the first set of four measures) which I have translated into acoustic.
