F[C]air[Am]est Lord[Dm] Je[G]su[C]s, R[C]uler [Am]of all[Dm] na[G]tu[C]re,
[C]O T[F]hou of G[C]od and m[G7]an t[C]he S[G]on;
T[C]hee w[F]ill [C]I c[A7]heri[Dm]sh, Thee w[C]ill[Dm] I h[G7]ono[C]r
Thou [Am]my soul's g[F]lory, j[C]oy a[G7]nd c[C]rown.
Fair are the meadows, fairer still the woodlands,
Robed in the blooming garb of spring;
Jesus is fairer, Jesus is purer,
Who makes the woeful heart to sing.
Fair is the sunshine, Fairer still the moonlight,
And fair the twinkling starry host;
Jesus shines brighter, Jesus shines purer,
Then all the angels heav'n can boast.
All fairest beauty, heavenly and earthly,
Wondrously Jesus is found in Thee;
None can be nearer, fairer or dearer,
Than Thou my Savior art to me.
