agree about the chords being too far apart but not the Em instead of D, that throws out the key of the song - this isn't in the same key as the original song (I think), and in the key that it's in Em doesn't work - at least not where you were saying to put it

There is something that is not right here. The second chord is supose to be Em not D, and the chords are placed to far away where they are supose to be. And because of that you will be playing the whole song wrong :(
