It's just strumming in rhythm, basically, and it's not at all as hard as it may sound.
A sense of rhythm helps. :P

Turn it down a little bit or turn it down flat.
(Now, on this bit, I think you'll want to put particular emphasis on the strums that
correspond with the words "Pump it up".
It sounds pretty good if you do it fast, lean, and start with an upstroke.)

Pump it up until you can feel it.
And it stays true to that pattern, I think. At the end, you might be better off
replacing those power chords with full bar chords.
