Acoustic Tab/Chord Progression

This ?acoustic? transcription is a combination of tab and chord files already on the internet,
combined together in some form with little improvisations I created to give the
acoustic sound a nice effect.
This is how I play it when performing solo. When I sing, I don?t usually sing the
lyrics ?The sun, the fields, the sky??
and so forth, because there?s never enough time to come full circle.
I just imagine background singers performing that part while I improvise on the various D chords.
Note: Some chords are thrown off kilter because of the transition from my word
file to the internet. So improvise where the changes will be.
