Unwell  Matchbox Twenty

This is my first tab, so bear with me...my ear is decent, and i'm a perfectionist
anyway, so this should be close to perfect. This is a good tune...it's a LOT more
intricate than one would believe and the words are pretty good. I tabbed the whole
thing, chords for first and second guitars, and the little intro/solo/outro
riffs...listen to the song for timing, struming patterns, ring outs, etc...enjoy
(Standard Tuning - Capo 2nd fret)

 a|---5----3----5----5------| on acoustic guitar. Both w/ 2nd fret capo's.

VERSE 1: (This is actually played on piano, but the chords sound good too)

(the rest of the chorus is played exactly the same as the first half I'm not
gonna tab it just to save space...listen to the song.)
VERSE 2: (the picking parts are hard to hear in the song, so listen close
for proper timing, they do exist)

 g|-------2-0-------------------------------------------------2-0-----------|

my m[D]ind...
*NOTE: All the little picking things that are played on the 'g' and 'b' string
are played on clean electric. The last two are actually played along with some kind of
keyboard, but I'm sure a guitar can handle it, they are very hard to make out, but again,
they exist.

-------------Both chorus' are played the same, then we move to the bridge...

*This part sounds best if played on both strings, however, if you find it too
difficult, simply play the notes of the higher pitch, and you can achieve the same sound.
The last riff kinda fades in, and it was hard to make out, but it sounds alright to me
b[Bm]e... [C] I've been talkin' in my s[Bm]leep...[C]

 e|------3/5--------------------------------------3/5-------3-----|
 b|--3/5-3/5---3/5~---------------------------3/5-3/5---3/5-3-5~--|

 e|----------------------------------3----3/7--5------3-----3-----|
 b|------------------------------3/5-3-5--3/7--5--3/5-3-3/5-3-5~--|
 d|------------------------------2/4---4----------2/4---2/4---4~--|
 g|---------------------------------------------------------------|

 E|---------------------------------------------------------------|

Now they're taking me [D]away...

 d|---------------------4\2~----------------------------------14~-|
 g|---------------------------------------------------------------|
 a|---------------------------------------------------------------|
 E|---------------------------------------------------------------|

The last note of the solo is the first note of the chorus, switching from the
D chord right into the G chord of "I'm not crazy..." etc. The song ends witha couple
of chorus's and the same guitar part as the intro. Corrections aren't welcome, but
opinions are :-P. E-mail: jdv@ns.sympatico.ca
