Had a listen to the original song and your second line in the bridge is correct. The Em at the end of the verse (waisting time) is an E major in the original song.
This will hopefully help you with the proper strum and sequence of the song. I know I didn't get all the barrs perfectly clear but it's good for a reference:) Peace!
