Walking the Floor Over You  Teddy Thompson

I love this song on his new "Upfront And Down Low" album and thought id tab it out for
who wants it.
It's a cover of a song by Ernest Tubb i think... but this is Teddy's way of playing it.
The original's in the key of C if you want to play it that way...
I think it's 100% right!
This is all my own work
Standard tuning
4/4 time.
[E]You left me and you went aw[A]ay
You s[B7]aid that youd be back in just a d[E]ay[B7] [E]
[E]That day has come and gone and your st[A]ill away from home.
Im wal[B7]king the floor over y[E]ou[B7] [E]
[E]Im walking the floor over y[A]ou
I ca[B7]nt sleep a wink that is tr[E]ue[B7] [E]
Im hoping and im praying as my he[A]art breaks right in two
Im wa[B7]lking the floor over y[E]ou.
Now dar[E]ling you know i love you w[A]ell
I lo[B7]ve you more than i could ever t[E]ell[B7] [E]
And i [E]thought that you would love me
And you al[A]ways would be mine
[B7] [E]
But yo[E]u went away and left me with troubles on my mind.
[E]Im walking the floor over y[A]ou
I ca[B7]nt sleep a wink that is tr[E]ue[B7] [E]
Im hoping and im praying as my he[A]art breaks right in two
Im wa[B7]lking the floor over y[E]ou.
well thats it... really easy song to play and so much fun too!
enjoy and let me know if there should be any changes made! :D
