Lyrics Correction (from Ugly Kid Joe Version):

INSTEAD OF:
"He was talking 'fore I knew it and when he could he said..."
IT SHOULD BE:
"He was talkin' 'fore I knew it, and as he grew he said.."

ALSO

INSTEAD OF:
"He walked away with a smile on his face..."
IT SHOULD BE:
"He walked away with a smile and he said 'ya know..."

Harry Chapin version was "He walked away but his smile never dimmed and said..."

second G in chorus should be D

abirch (report)

not sure about the c in the chorus but the A should be an E

macavoy (report)

Good, sounds like the second G in the chorus should be a C though instead of 2 Gs in a row.
