Things to consider: When Boeckner plays just the chords, I don’t really know how
he voices them, it’s too hard to hear. The intro is actually the keyboard part
but I like it so I tabbed it anyway. The song is basically in 12/8; each little
dash/space is an 8th note, and each beat is made up of 3 dashes. It’s written to
be exactly on beat, so you don’t have to struggle as much to figure out the
timing.

Then just the chords...the first time through, the accents are on the 2nd and 4th
beats but he’s still letting stuff ring some (though it sounds a little
choppy)...the second time, he slams the chord on the 2nd and 4th beats and mutes
the space in between:
