Until the [C]morning light[G] [D] [Em]
'bout how [C]you saved my life[G] [D] [Em]
[C]You and me know how we a[Em]re
[C]You and me know how we a[Em]re
Verse
=====
All your dreams are made of strawberry lemonade
And you make sure I eat today, you
Take me walking, to where you played when you were young
I'll never say that I won't ever make you cry
And this I say I don't know why, I
know I'm leaving, but I'll be back another day

Talk Tonight by OASIS (from the single Some Might Say)
This is another of Noel Gallagher's amazing acoustic tracks,
taken from the single Some Might Say, which incidentally
went straight to number one in the British charts, even knocking of
the mighty TAKE THAT!!! Go BUY this single, the title track
and Aquiesce (track 3) are just as good as this one.
[Em7]Sitting on my own, chewing on a bone,
[Asus4]A thousand million miles from home,
[Cadd9]When something [G/E]hit me,
[Asus4]Somewhere right between the [Cadd9]eyes.
[Em7]Sleeping on a plane, you know you can't complain,
[Asus4]You took your last chance, once again I,
[Cadd9]Landed, [G/E]stranded,
[Asus4]Hardly even knew your [Cadd9]name.
[Cadd9]I wanna talk [G/E]tonight,[Dsus2]
[Cadd9]Until the morning [G/E]light,[Dsus2]
[Cadd9]'Bout how you saved my [G/E]life,[Dsus2]
[Cadd9]You and me see how we [Asus4]are,
[Cadd9]You and me see how we [Asus4]are.
(Instrumental for next verse, then..)
All your dreams are made of strawberry lemonade,
And you make sure I eat today, you,
Take me, walking,
To where you played when you were young.
I'll never say that I won't ever make you cry,
And this I'll say, I don't know why, I,
Know I'm leaving,
But I'll be back another day.
Chords (or rather my interpretation of them!)
Low E e
Em7 022030
Asus4 002230
Cadd9 032030
G/E 320030
Note: I know that at the end of the song there is twiddly bit
and during the chorus there is a second guitar playing
another twiddly bit over the Dsus2 but I haven't tried
working them out.
As usual, any corrections/comments, please send to Alan.
