Of course the run is also up a half-step.

Lou plays it up a half step - so capo on 1st fret. In his acoustic version he does a run while playing the E chord. So on the E string he hits E - F# - G then on A he hits the B note. Sounds pretty. Just listen to the acoustic version of the song and you will get it.

I think there are some Am left out at the begining of the first lies of some of the verses.
