Silver Bells   Various Artists

My mother used to sing a song about an Indian and his love, the words as best
I remember are as follows.

MANY MOONS MANY TUNES
WOKE THE ECHOES OF A STILL SUMMER NIGHT
AS DOWN THE STREAM GLEAMING BRIGHT
THEY DRIFTED WOOING
The rest of the lyrics until the chorus I am not sure of.

CHORUS
YOUR VOICE IS RINGING MY SILVER BELLES
UNDER YOUR SPELL I'VE COME TO TELL YOU
OF A LOVE I AM BRINGING ORE HILL AND DELL
HAPPY WE'LL DWELL MY SILVER BELLE

I don't know if this something my mother made up, because I have never heard
it sung anywhere. If you have any knowledge of this I would really appreciate
a reply.
