I'm a big aerosmith fan but I think you over looked a few points.1) in
the main riff the open E is used from the G-C(7fret)-A(5fret) hammeron
effect. 2) in the chorus the chord is a Dflatminor(same as a c#minor buy
because of the chord progression). As well the melody Efirst
string[4-3-3-4-6-7+4-3-3-4-6]. In a one guitar band you can play the two
parts at once to get ablended effect of chords and melody.3)in the 2
solo i think the modulate to an Aflat 4)when they come out of the solo
they chug the A then do a pick slide and back into the main riff
again...take this in stride because i'm picking this out while this is
playing on my PC. Once i copy NL to a tape i can put it on my 4-track
and dig it apart a little better. I've also figured out SGGive....barry
