Nicely tabbed. According to McCartney himself, who I just heard talk about the middle 8 of this song in an interview on "Fresh Air", that Gm is actually a Gm7. I've just watched a couple live performance films of that song, however, and it sounds (and looks) more like a Gm. The bass notes he's playing don't support the Gm7
