Transcription by: Lorenzo & Liviano Mos (mos!@iol.it)
JUGBAND BLUES
Pink Floyd
(Syd Barrett)
It's [C]awfully considerate of you to think of me [Am]here
And I'm [C]almost obliged to you [Am]for making it clear that I'm not [C]here
And I [Am]never knew the moon could [C]be so big
And I [Am]never knew the moon could [C]be so blue
And I'm [Am]grateful that you threw away my old [C]shoes
And [F]brought me here [G]instead dressed in [A]red
And I'm [Bm]wondering [F#m]who could be [Bm]writing this [F#m]song
[G]I don't [D]care if the [A]sun don't [D]shine
And [G]I don't [D]care if [A]nothing is [D]mine
And [Fm]I don't care if I'm [A]nervous with you
[Fm]I'll do my loving in the [A]Winter

Jugband: E (strange noises, trumpet, basso tuba, Syd)
Coda: Am C
And the [Am]sea isn't [Am]green
And [C]I love the [Am]queen
And what ex[C]actly is a [Am]dream?
And what ex[C]actly is a [A]joke?
[--]This the last Barrett's song with the Pink Floyd.
Syd leaves the band on 6 April 1968.
I notice that in same books there are some different phrases
in comparison with the "Saurceful of Secrets" booklet:
line 3-4 "the room" instead of "the moon"
line 6 "in rag" instead of "in red"
