I notice that under miscellaneous artists there was already another file for The Godfather Theme. I'd tried it out on guitar, but it didn't sound entirely right -- it was in a much lower key, it seemed. Besides, the tune that was there was actually "Love Theme from The Godfather", not the most famous Title Theme. The following tabs are from my own listening to the 1972 soundtrack (on MCA Records) to The Godfather. I believe they are accurate. Since I'd used an acoustic guitar, effects didn't apply, although I noticed that the music would sound better if notes were "dragged" from one to another, and also easier to play. Here then are my perceptions of "Main Theme from The Godfather" and "Love Theme from The Godfather" as they appear in that soundtrack album: 1.
