Baby I love your way  Peter Frampton

Listen to the song it's pretty close
Intro:G-D-Em-D-C-Em-Am-D-G
[G]Shadows grow so [Bm]long before my [Em]eyes,
and they're [C]moving, ac[F7]ross the page
[G]Suddenly the day [Bm]turns into [Em]night,
[C]far away, from the [F7]city
But [Bm]don't, hesi[E7]tate,
cause your [Am]love, won't [D7]wait

[G]  Ooh, [D]baby I love your [Am]way
[G]  Wanna [D]tell you I love your [Am]way
[G]  Wanna [D] be with you night and [Am]day

[G]Moon appears to [Bm]shine,
and light the [Em]sky,
with the h[C]elp, of some [F7]fireflies
[G]Wonder how they [Bm]have,
the power to [Em]shine, shine, shine
I can [C]see them, [F7]under the pine
But [Bm]don't, hesi[E7]tate,
cause your [Am]love, won't [D7]wait
Chorus

[G]I can see the [Bm]sunset in your [Em]eyes,
brown and [C]grey, and [F7]blue besides
[G]Clouds are stalking [Bm]islands in the [Em]sun,
I wish I could [C]buy one, out of [F7]season
But [Bm]don't, hesi[E7]tate,
cause your [Am]love, won't [D7]wait

the D is actually a Dm. try it and you will see.

If you want to keep it simple you can replace the Bm with a D and it'll still sound really good too

mbkennedy (report)

the Bm in the first line of all the verses is really a D/F#. and the like in later lines.

Yes, jets60 is correct. In the chorus it is fun to go to the C after the Am and walk down to G. I love this song.

After the Am in the Chorus I believe you need a C where Frampton echos "...eveyday" and the like...anyway it's how I remember it.
