^^^ These 2's should be 4's.

There should be a 4 between 2 and 5 here.^^^
(I assume that "full bend" in the first line means you bend it so that it
sounds two frets higher; if that's the case, then that's fine.)
Here's some chords that I scraped together (in C, not E):
THE STAR-SPANGLED BANNER (Francis Scott Key)
--------------------------------------------

(I suspect that some of these chords are very subject to improvisation;
in fact, if you wanted to, you could pretty much play a different chord
for each note, by playing C under C, E, or G, F under F, A, or C, and so
on, sort of like I did for the very last line. So I just wrote down my
own little interpretation.)
  Oh [C]say can [G]you [C]see by the [Am]dawn's ear[D7]ly [G]light
What so [C]proudly we [G]hailed [F]at the [C]twilight's [G]last [C]gleaming
[G]Whose broad [C]stripes and [G]bright [C]stars through the [Am]peri[D7]lous [G]fight
O'er the [C]ramparts we [G]watched [F]were so [C]gallant[G]ly [C]streaming
And the [C]rockets' red [G]glare, the bombs [Dm]bursting in [F]air
Gave [C]proof through the [G]night [F]that our [C]flag [Am]was [D7]still [G]there
Oh [C]say, does that [F]star-spangled [Dm]banner yet [Gsus]wa - [G]ave
O'er the [C]la[G]nd [C]of [F]the [C]free and the [Am]home of [G]the [C]brave
