Oh, one more thing, the chords at the end of the 2nd line of the chorus, are the same chord progression for the rest of the song Am C/G, etc.

Close, but no cigar... the correct chords are C/G(hold only the low E@the 3rd fret to add the G), instead of F, its Fmaj7--played like a regular F but without barring the top 2 @ the 1st fret, hold only the B string, leave the E open. (one of Dan's favorite chords). The D at the Chorus is D7 at the beginning as well.
