my opinion is just a couple of chord changes, on the chorus on the word grave should change to Em and then on sky should change to Am. Then a couple other options that can be done is the chords start G, C, D, then back to C and again G on the next line. Depending on what you like, you can do G,C,D, C,D, then back to G but has to be quick on the C,D. Or you can Do it G,C,D, Dsus,D2,D, then back to G. Have to be quick on that though. Hope this helps.
