Topic: Oldie But Goodies

Anyone out there have a favorite oldies song?  Lets bring back some good memories.  Let the younger people learn and enjoy what we used to listen to.  And they are fun to play.  Timeless

One of my favorite oldies  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1R5TjKw1AE  Still can't quite work out the chords/progression though.... sad

Re: Oldie But Goodies

Pix the Chords on the video revolve around Bb Eb and the minor is Gm the bridge go's to Eb Bb Eb C F and back to Bb Eb the C is optional in the bridge you can stay in Eb and go to F and back to the verse chords Bb Eb Gm transpose these to whatever key fits your vocal smile

Re: Oldie But Goodies

Ms. Lena (old doll) and several other chordians mentioned Willie Nelson's "Angel Flying Too Close to the Ground" as a song they were interested to learn. However, the several videos Willie has out on U-Tube are varied and extremely complex because Willie is a genius, in my opinion.
I am trying to do  a simplified version of his wonderful song:
