Topic: HELP

I'm looking at starting performing in restraunts and bars. i've gat an acoustic and elctric so no problem there but im loking for the types of songs that i can play using both guitars

Any suggestions welcome

Hello Dave,

You first need to look at the age group of the places you intend to perform in and play covers of songs that they will know and can sing along to.

Playing in a restaurant is slightly different to bars, whilst people are eating softer numbers go down better but after you can crank it up and get people dancing. In a bar I think it is better to hit them with some well known lively music to start, you can mellow it later and then get rocking for the end.
