Does anyone know a better configuration of the Bm chord other than 4 2 2 2? I really really struggle with this one.

Don't know if this is what you're doing already but, I tend to play Bm with my pinkie on the A string and cover the 2s with my thumb. Works for me but I am a very amatuer uke player!

Have you tried it as a barre chord? I play it with index finger across the 2nd fret and the 4 is played with my ring finger.
