I can't tell which fret his capo is on. Looks like maybe 4, which has me thinking he may be tuned down a couple of half steps.
I say that because when I use standard tuning and capo on TWO, this is what I hear:
D (2 beats)
G (2 beats)
D (2 beats)
G (2 beats)
D (2 beats)
G (2 beats)
D (2 beats)
G (2 beats)
Em (8 beats)
I think this is repeated pretty much throughout the song. If not it should at least get you started.
