For Ab bar the E shape chord at the 4th fret, for the Eb bar the A chord at the 6th fret.
You sometime see Eb written as xx5343 but that's more awkward than the bar chords.

Now I would play Eb as X65343 (C on the 3rd fret).

Barre the index finger on the 3rd fret to cover the first and third string, middle finger on the 2nd string, ring finger on the 4th and pinkie on the 5th. Mind you I normally play D with my index finger across the first and 3rd antway so it is only a minor addition to put the two extra in to take it up or down the fretboard.

That's a good way of playing it, particulaly if coming from a Cm7th x35343 or a Cm but it takes a while to form it from scratch and I find it easier to bar the A chord. Alwasy good to have several versions in your tool box though!
