cCant find the legit chords or tab anywhere. The way Burnley plays it is UNREAL. It is his song so wouldn't expect anything less. Here's the YouTube video of his performance. Gave me the damn goosebumps...

the song is in Eb my guess is he detuned his low E down a half step most of the progression revolves around Eb Cm Ab Bb but there are some in between chords like Fm7 to Bb hope this helps a little 
the easiest way would be to de-tune your guitar down a half step a tuner would be helpful or have another guitar that is tuned down and play along with the video
