I've never tried a pickled egg in a bar, but I imagine the farts would be quite toxic, wouldn't they? smile

Now, pickled pigs feet I have eaten. When I lived with my Grandmother in what used to be Communist-Occupied East Germany, whenever we had pork, we were taught to eat everything but the oink. True story --- even sucked the marrow from the bones. Sorry if anyone's eating while reading this. wink
