Topic: New Zealand First Of Chordies To See In New Year.

Happy New Year everyone. Due to time Zones New Zealand will be the first Chordie country to see in the New Year.
Yesterday Saturday I took a lot of photos and put them together in a  one minute and video showing my last Saturday of 2017.  If anyone has some picks of their this time of year where you are to share on here I would be interested even it is of a tree covered in snow, Here it is summertime.

It's 10 am new years eve morning here in not so sunny (old) south Wales. It's not as cold as it has been. In 14 hours time it will be 2018, but to be honest, I'm looking forward more to our Sunday lunch that's cooking at the moment...yum, yum!

It’s -11 outside

Tonight in NY City it will be coldest New Years Eve on record
They are telling people not to bring children due to hypothermia dangers.
As for myself, my wife and I are joining another couple for dinner and dancing at a nice hotel on Lake Otsego

Please take  the time to be thankful fo the good things we have and try to let the things that bother us take a break for a day if possible

We wish all Chordians a very Happy, Healthy, and Hopeful New Year.

I am thankful for and honored to be part of this very classy and wonderful group of ladies and gentlemen on chordie

I may have found the perfect way to bring in the New year for old farts like me. I plan on visiting some local British friends who ring in the year with a live feed from England. That'll be 7:00 pm here. Allows me to drive home before the drunks hit the road and I'm sure to be in bed long before the ball drops in NY. I just hope I'm sleeping soundly enough so I'm not bothered by the fireworks.

Weather here is perfect - high near 70, although we do expect a chill later in the week - lows in the 30's. Brrrrrrrr

Happy nude beer, er uh, New Year (except to Topdown, he'll probably do the former) to all of you.

I plan to be at home tonight and stay off the roads on Amateur Night. I hope all the Uber and Lyft drivers who are keeping others safe while earning a buck or two earn a whole lot of tips and stay safe themselves.

I'm going to see a movie and take my kids shopping to spend some of the gift cards they were given for Christmas and take advantage of the after Christmas sales. Then home and probably some picking.

Tau Hou hari! everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR  it is now  10am on 1st January 2018. It is going to be 23  celsius today or 73  fahrenheit. My wife and I had a wonderful night time lastnight out and about around our city of Wellington,
It is summer here in New Zealand the sky was cloudy the harbour nice flat and calm. A warm still night to enjoy all the entertainment our city has to offer,.
