I am not sure how other people submit songs, I read about 50 posts and did not find much info on how to create or convert a *.cho, *.pro or *.chopro file easily.
Anyway, this is how I do it and you might want to give this a try.
(1) Replace the word "song" to the actual song or artist you are searching for, get the *.cho, *.pro, *.chopro file link from the search results:

(2) Then submit it here:

boy are you going the long way around?
it's quite simple really...
(square brackets) - song - (close square brackets)
(then curly brackets) t: (the song titile) (close curly brackets)
(another curly brackets) st:( your name) (close curly brackets)
then when you've finished the song...
( square brackets) /song (close square brackets)
i've had to write it this way as chopro cut in and you wouldn't have made any sense of it at all.
