This is what I hear:

It's in E but he plays it with a capo on fret 2 using D fingering.  That's good because it's easier to play that way.

Intro:  Alternate between D and Em7.  To play the Em7, keep your ring finger anchored on the B string 3rd fret and move your index and ring to the A and D strings 2nd fret.  Alternate between D and Em7 three times.

Verse:
(D)I know ... (Em7)give, ... live
(D)Walking ... poor, (Em7) ... ground
(D)For sure  (Em7)
Heart (D)Man ... (Em7) shine (A)          >>> [X3]

Second verse and chorus same as above.

Then a little solo over the two D and Em7 combinations between verse 2 and 3.

Third verse and chorus same as before and another solo over the transition.

Then repeat the chorus chords for the outro and end on D.

And that's it.  if it's not 100% accurate, it's good enough to fake it.
