Topic: My songbook12?

I tried opening my songbook and it said I didn't have enough memory and when I logged off and then back on it said error 12? I've never had a problem before.

Sounds like a computer memory problem.

Clearing your cookies often helps with these glitches. Please let us know if you have sorted it or if it is still giving you problems.

I had the same problem...logged off, cleared cookies with CCleaner, rebooted, same error message.

I just started getting the same error and took the same steps to no avail.  I also get the message on the 'Public books' tab.

Any ideas are appreciated.

Hi - I'm back and trying to access my songbooks and some public songbooks but continually get error message as below

Can anybody help?  I have tried all of the normal fixes but nothing works.

All things good to know are difficult to learn.

Seems to be fixed.  Big thanks to whoever took the action to put this right.  All working perfectly now
