Topic: Chordie on the ipad

Hello everyone.  I love to play guitar and lead the sing-song at parties, and have compiled an outstanding play list - all on sheets of paper in a big, heavy book.  I need to see the chords/words, which is a stopper if I have no books, no lights and no beer to hold the pages in the wind.  Who has used the ipad for a songbook?

Re: Chordie on the ipad

I have use Linkesoft Songbook for years and just added it to my IPAD.  It is an excellent program which keeps all your songs in the ChoPro format, same as Chordie.  I still have 3 notebooks with song printouts but have since stopped using them.  My IPADE now contains over 500 songs and I am able to play them where ever I go.  I highly recommend the program.  I am in no way afilliated with Songbook, just a valued customer.

I have finally found happiness in my life.  Guitars, singing, beer and camping.  And they all intertwine wonderfully.

How do you add songs to the songbook? I know how to add to songbook in chordie but they don't show up in the links soft songbook.

Re: Chordie on the ipad

You just copy them to any directory then go to settings in Songbook and identify that directory.
