Topic: Music Software

Can anyone suggest a good audio or music slow downer? I bumped into this software called Song Surgeon but I still want to compare other software maybe there is a better one out there or this could be a good one already.

Re: Music Software

I use Audacity. It can alter tempo and alter pitch. You can record with it and add effects, best of all it is free. smile

Hello, Music2Jam ... and welcome to Chordie!

I'll often use Songsterr's site functions, when I want to slow a song down during the learning phase (especially solos). It costs nothing to join, and they have a fairly deep song selection:

Another top notch resource is Riff Station. It has more functions than Songsterr, but there's a cost to buy it (about $50):

I hope this is helpful!

Re: Music Software

I also use Audacity, great for editing.
