My sister had a couple of his albums in the 70's, but I don't think I ever got into his music much, other than knowing a couple of his radio hits.

My brother and I used to play video games with the stipulation that the winner of the current game (or series if we were playing saga hockey) got to pick the music for the next game. My brother ALWAYS chose JGeils band.  sad
