On the "Home" page put the title in the search box and you should get a few from several artists and I'm sure one of them will be Clapton's version but likely in a different key.
I seem to remember E7 & B7 being the main chords used for most of the tune..... I may be wrong though, old age and all that.

Look for Wilson Pickett - I think he did the original ...

The songs listed by Chordie for Wilson Pickett for Mustang Sally are all tabs. Here is a direct link for those: http://www.chordie.com/allsongsartists. … index.html
If you want chords do a search with your favorite browser and you can find several sites that list chords for" Wilson Pickett for Mustang Sally Guitar Chords". Most of them I looked at all had the same general chords. Hope this helps.
