Topic: Unplugged night

A friend of mine by the name of Adrian, who happens to be the steward of my local club and also a rather accomplished guitarist, asked if I'd be interested in a guitar night with a few other guitarists? Well yes of course. I hadn't played a jam session for more than 40 years, so I had no idea what to do or expect. We had the first night a fortnight ago just as the snow was starting, so it was just the two of us. We thought we'd try again this week and our numbers rose by 50% . A feller turned up that I hadn't seen since the late 60s. I felt so stiff fingered as Rob and Adrian are so good. We strummed along and sang a bit but we seemed to talk more than play! At the end of the night we all said we'd like to do it again soon and hopefully get some more players, so if there are any Chordians in the locality who'd like to come down you'd be more than welcome just drop me a line and I'll let you know when the next session will be.

Ask not what Chordie can do for you, but what you can do for Chordie.
