Topic: B/C Chord

Can anyone help me figure out what a B/C chord looks like?  I can't seem to find a chord diagram of it anywhere online.  Thanks!

Thanks.  Are there charts for these kinds of chords somewhere online, or is B/C just some kind of informal short-hand?
