Lucie Silvas (born 4 September 1980 in Surrey) is a singer/songwriter from England. She has been compared to other artists of the genre, such as Delta Goodrem.
Born Lucie Silverman and is Jewish.1 Lucie left school at sixteen, where she became a backing vocalist for ex-Take That vocalist Gary Barlow and singer-songwriter Judie Tzuke. In 2000 Lucie recorded her album "Forget Me Not" - with tracks including the single "It's Too Late". This song entered the charts with a low position, and Lucie was subsequently dropped from her record label.
She then went on to write songs for other artists including Sarah Whatmore, Gareth Gates, Rachel Stevens and Liberty X.
Her boyfriend is the Leicester and Ireland rugby player Geordan Murphy.
