Mexicali Baby The Quakes Title: Mexicali Baby Band: The Quakes Album: Quiff Rock! The Quakes are often credited as being the first American Psychobilly band. I just recently got into them and they have a lot of good stuff. The song that stood out the most is this Salsa/Mambo-billy (as I like to call it) cover of Mexicaly Baby. I had to learn it as soon as I heard it. Lots of flavors in this one. I hear Rockabill/Salsa/Mambo and Punk as well. Very simple song to learn. He just stays in that min (guitartabs.cc)
