Okay first off, this is my version of the song, and it's got some really cool voicings of chords, and it sounds TONS better then a good amount of Acoustic tabs on here. The tuning. as strange as it is, is Open Dsus4. Sounds crazy but really isn't. Starting on Low E String: simple tune your Low E DOWN to D, Tune Your B DOWN to A, and your High E DOWN to D.
