Here are the shell chords for the Intro, just so you can get an idea of the
fingering. Of course the pinky will have to lift off to do the hammer-on and the
1st finger has to lift up to barre the 2nd and 1st strings while playing the
C#m11 chord. Notice that you can hold down the 3rd finger for the entire Intro.
I arranged this for one guitar but it would be a lot easier with two guitars (one
guitar playing the bass notes and the other guitar playing the melody with a capo
at the 7th fret).
