Palo Alto  Radiohead

"Palo Alto" by Radiohead

 ------------------------------------------

Strum a muted D while this part is sung:
In the city of the future it is difficult to concentrate
meet the boss meet the wife everybody's happy everybody's made for life
Then this with heavy distortion
A 002220
G 210003
D 000232
[A]//// //// [A]////////[G]///////////[D] (8 on G, 8 on D)
[A]//// //// [A]////////[G]///////////[D] (8 on G, 8 on D)
Each little / is a downstroke
Use a muted D, again. Oh yeah you also want to have someone
running their fingers up and down the fretboard just like Ed
O'Brien does. Ed is a great magician of the guitar making all
of those sounds. A true pro.
In the city of the future it is difficult to find a space
i'm too busy to see you, we're to busy to wait
But I'm OK
[A]
[////]How 'bout you?
[A]
[////]thanks for asking thanks for asking
[G]///////////[D]//////// (8 on G, 8 on D)
But I'm OK
[A]
[////]How 'bout you?
[A]
[////]i hope you're ok too.
[G]///////////[D]//////// (8 on G, 8 on D)
Solo
[E]

 b 15-14-13-12-11-10-9-8/9- repeat about 3 times.

(after that go into this until the end. Something like 12 times)

 b-8-6-6-6--8-6-6-6--8-6-6-6--8-6-5-6/15

That is most of the solo. This also comes off of the AIRBAG EP which totaly rocks.
It is about 8-9 dollars anywhere that sells a lot of Cds. I recommend it, A LOT. :)
