I saw these guys four nights in a row in concert. I could see up Josh White's
nose I was so close and I also asked him personally how to play this song so
its right.

on Am then goes to Am/B, then back to the verse.
On the second prechorus, its a bar longer and he does the same walkdown as right
after the chorus, except in reverse...so the second prechorus looks like this:

Also, in the verse on the C, he does a little hammer on that goes like this
