Redeemer  Nicole C. Mullen

Title: "Redeemer"
Album: Nicole C. Mullen (Word Records)
Transcribed by: Brad Keller (BandMKell@aol.com)
You'll be sounding like you came straight from the recording studio
with Nicole if you can nail down the notes here...nothing too difficult
(except for the occasionally tricky offbeats peppered in the guitar playing
by John Willis).
There is a chord transcription of this song posted to this site (by Jan)
and as long as those lyrics are posted you can combine these two and
you're good to go. I would make a few necessary changes to the other
chord transcription posted by Jan though (keeping in mind that the
proprieters of this site are working to remove all lyrics so this may
be moot):
When you're playing and strumming chords only, "C" is usually more preferrable.
With the chorus written with 5 lines the chords go like this:
[G] [C] [D]
[C] [B7] [C]
[D]
[B7] [Em] [D] [C2]
[D] [G]
Believe it or not, this is pretty much the entire song. The verses and
chorus are variations of this main pattern. Get this down while feeling
comfortable with what chord you're playing, and you'll be ready to master
the whole song.

Remember: Cadd9 - the finger positioning for this chord is just as it
is picked out on the tab. Place your fingers where noted and you've got
it.
The asterisk above the offbeat I noted is one that is particularly tricky.
The offbeat should be the 0/3 fingering on the last two strings. Obviously,
only the one offbeat is noted. God Bless.
