This track is easy to play rhythm-wise: an advanced beginner could handle it with
practice and it certainly is in the capabilities of an intermediate. The solo is involved and
takes advanced technique. I'll notate the main riffs and the chorus progression, and explain them.
Riff #1: This is the intro verse riff. Simple 80s style chording, it only gets used on
the breakdown sections.
Riff #2: This is the pre-chorus progression before the second verse where the full drums
come in.
Riff #3: This is another verse riff. 90s style Drop tune chugging.
Riff #4A: This is the the first half of the pre-chorus.
Riff #4B: Second half of the pre-chorus.
Chorus Riff: This gets played once during the first chorus, and repeats 5 times during
the out-chorus.
Chorus Riff variant: This is the second half of the first Chorus.
