Need You By My Side  The Sun Parade

Alright, so this is my first tab on this site, hope I don't screw it up.
The band is The Sun Parade, a folk/rock group from Northampton MA, and this song, Need
You By My Side, is easily their most well-known.
You can listen to most of their music on their website, www.thesunparade.com or

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YFmzz9eUHro to get a good idea of it.
Also, I figured out these chords just by listening to the track and watching the band
play, so it might not be 100%, but it's pretty darn close.
