Reinventing Your Exit  Underoath

Reinventing Your Exit (Acoustic)
Underoath
Underoath never released this song as an acoustic version, but Aaron has
played it acoustic live before, so this is based off of that version (found
here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fnaX0CRVkyg). I've made a few minor
changes I've made that I think make it sound better. (Namely, changing the
intro from just strumming Am9 for 4 bars into a fingerpicked progression that
lasts 8 bars and sounds very nice.)
The song can be played in Drop D or standard, but Aaron plays it in Drop D,
and that's by far the easier way to play of the two. That being said, I'm
writing out the chords in Drop D. So if you want to play it in standard, you
can figure out how to do an F6sus2 yourself, because my hands can't contort
like that.
[Am9] [Cmaj7] [F6sus2] [G6sus4] [Em] [C/D] [Csus4/D]

 e|-(0)-----(0)-------------------------------3--------3----|
 B|--0-------0------(3)------(5)-----(0)------5--------6----|
 G|--5-------5-------5--------5-------4-------5--------5----|
 D|--5-------5-------5--------5-------5-------0--------0----|
 A|--0-------3-------3--------5-------2---------------------|
 D|------------------3--------5-------2---------------------|

In the verses, when you see (Cmaj7), you can either play that chord or
continue playing Am9. Either way sounds fine. Chords followed by an
asterisk* are fingerpicked.
